How can I buy crypto with VISA avoiding any type of p2p or transfers?

How can I buy crypto like any other goods in online-shops? You know, so it looks for a bank like any online purchase like on amazon, newegg, airbnb or whatever. I don't mean transactions pretending to be any of them! I mean just regular online purchase, trough online billing, without any p2p or direct bank to bank transfers.

My bank is ok with me purchasing for example RTX4090 for $2k+ or half a year of airbnb stay abroad — no questions! But it gets really angry if it's even $50 p2p T_T and almost all popular ways I found online seem to be p2p or transfers or something of that kind.

P.S.
If it's possible through ApplePay + with low fee it would be ideal.

I'm not US or EU citizen and not a person under sanctions or smth.
