How are these people Getting our info?

Y’all, I’m really starting to wonder how these people are getting my info or how they are accessing databases that hold my email addresses. I get crypto emails all day long and every day of the week. They are clearly getting my info from somewhere.

I wonder if there is data leaks from all these exchanges or maybe the crazy theory is these exchanges are trading this info. Either way, I feel like checking my email is like running through a landmine of phishing attacks. I ain’t trying to get my dang money stolen today ! Not today Satan!!!!!

Anyone got a good idea ? Im trying to stay protected in these trying times…. I ain’t click on anything that’s a link in my email …….Maybe it’s the porno sites. Lol!
