This problem seems to have popped up over the last couple weeks. I've heard from multiple other miners that all now have this issue. Previously zero rejected shares, now 1-3% constant over the last week or so.
This has occured after the big increase of miners switched to binance and the total hash went from 13TH to 18TH. Latency has also increase by 100ms over this time.
Is binance aware of the issue? From what I can tell the problem is on their end, possibly overloaded servers or bad routing.
