RH is a fucking scam. They turned off trading when GME exploded. Why the fuck would they think this message would be trusted by their user base. I imagine all exchanges are jumping on this marketing push because of the FTX shitshow.
The only email that is acceptable from a legit exchange should be, Remove your crypto from our exchange. Literally the point of crypto is taking away control from outside parties and giving you control over your finances.
Just found that email audacious and needed to rant.
