Fund security suggestion (after a friend lost 9k to a phishing scam)

Just the other day a friend of mine lost $9k because someone managed to login to his account, of course he should not have trusted what seemed to be a false text message from binance, but we all know how the story goes, if you are not careful, you are vulnerable to such attacks.

The lost could've been avoided if binance's automated system could identify "login far from usual geographical location and immediately initiating a full fund transfer." as a possible security breach and automatically freeze fund transfer for at least 48 hours. This should be very simple to implement on part of binance and could strengthen the security of clients' funds.
