Fake orderbook ?

Hi there,

So I often use orderbooks to confirm entry/exit level however I've noticed many times a large number of BTC pending in the orderbook which would cause normally a huge candle but at the time the price reached the target price...nothing. How is that ? I see two possibilities : Binance fakes the orderbook to drive the market up or down, or some third party bots are able to cancel the pending orders before the limit get triggered. Anyway very annoying as you cannot trust the orderbook...
