Face Verification Bug

So yeah i came back to binance after a yeear and im greeted with this new Europe verification meet the deadline blah blah. Alright cool, sent documents and im literally stuck on new face verification, that one where it says fit your face into the frame, no matter WHAT i do it doesn detect my face nor does it try to take a photo has anyone else encountered this? With old face id it worked perfectly? Am i ugly or what. And yeah i guess i will be stuck with withdrawals only because binance cant fix their shit
