This question has been asked many times before, the fact that your power system is on a boat only adds another complication to it. The short answer is its not worth the effort, for the small amount of return you will get.
Remember too, its not just having access to cheap power, you also need access to a continuous, stable internet connection.
Mining Bitcoin requires some relatively expensive initial outlay, so you have some solar panels, that is a good start, but I'll assume the fact you are asking this question here, you are doing some research, so you likely don't have the other equipment needed to start mining.
If you are mining Bitcoin, you'll need a Bitcoin miner, they range in price from $10,000+ USD (Antminer S19) to perhaps a few hundred for a lower performing older used one S9 ($500 USD) you'll need some sort of power supply, that can deliver clean stable power to the miner, so because you are running your miner off of solar, solar does not deliver consistent, stable power, you'll need to have a battery bank to buffer the power when a cloud comes over your solar panels, so a couple hundred or thousand dollars for Lithium Ion batteries, charge controller, power inverter that can output 2 - 4KWh power (depending on your model miner), depending on your internet access, and how much batteries and solar you have, you'll likely only be mining for about 6 hours max each day, assuming your day is sunny. So sure your power is 'free' but the productivity of your miner will be about 1/4 of the output you can see from those mining calculators you see online. So as an example, lets say you spring for the $12,000USD Antminer S19 some calculators project a gross profit of about $8USD a day, so you cut that 1/4 you are looking at $2 a sunny day. When do you think you will be breaking even on this grand enterprise of yours??
