Earning income with crypto and web3

So I have a pretty strong sales organization that has nothing to do with crypto. I've been looking for some opportunities to help grow projects and make additional income. We are fine working on commission or a per acquired customer benefit. We also work for crypto ????

I would prefer decentralized however I recognize that might not be easy so I am open to centralized options. We can drive traffic to sites, generate leads, follow up with leads electronically/digitally, run ad campaigns etc.

What are some good crypto related side hustles? Are there any projects/companies that would like to expand their marketing efforts? Do you know of any decentralized projects that would benefit from an experienced sales teams help?
