Does this sound like scamming?

So I live in the US and Binance locked us out of our accounts. I did not withdraw to Binance US in time. When I reach out to customer service about helping me transfer the portfolio to a different wallet they email me this message “we regret to inform you that we could not find any accounts linked to this email address”.

A reddit account ribkabinance1 reached out saying that she works for binance and is helping me to reactivate my account. She was then telling me that i have to deposit some crypto into my binance subwallet in order to reactivate the account. She sent me the address to my “binance subwallet”. How do i know if this account really works for binance or is trying to scam me. She had me download an app Telegram to talk and send information.
