Does a time-locked smart contract like this already exist?

E.g you are 90 years old and want to give your keys to your inheritance in 10 years, when you are pretty sure dead by then (just an example). After these 10 years (certain amount of blocks), a smart contract unlocks itself and gifs you access to encrypt the message you have left your inheritances when you were alive. So the keys to decrypt the encrypted seed phrase, you have given your inheritances, are now public on the blockchain. If you are still alive and the 10 years (equivalent amount of blocks) didn’t pass yet, you can lengthen this time by another X years.
