Do I contribute to decentralization when buying rETH?

I'm aware that rETH is a decentralized staking pool protocol (at least it is more decentralized than Lido).

But when I buy rETH on a DEX, do I really contribute to decentralizing Ethereum?

When I buy rETH on a DEX, I'm buying it from someone else. So the rETH token is (a tiny little bit) more diluted since I'm a new rETH holder.

But is Ethereum staking (and thus security) more decentralized after that? My swap would'nt change anything on the validators level (their number and their concentration/decentralization).

Thanks!
