Did I just get scammed like a noob by an ICO? (QTN)

I had a momentary lapse in judgement and allowed FOMO to govern my thought processes.Last night I used some ETH to purchase Qartn tokens and since then have realised this is probably a load of garbage. I witnessed the counter on their main site tick down to zero then restart. There are multiple English language errors on the site(s) which now give me great pause.

Has anyone else heard of QTN or know definitively if this is a scam? I tried contacting them through the form on their site, but tumbleweeds and crickets.

I normally would not be suckered in by something like this, however it is a bit more convincing than the regular sort of scams I've seen before.
