Deposit DAI on my Binace account

On October 25, I transferred 2859 DAI to my Binance account from my Metamask wallet. After a few hours, there was still no balance in my account, so I checked the transfer from my wallet and noticed that I had transferred via an optimistic L2 transaction.

On October 26, I submitted a problem report via Binance support under the number k4GgRNebr4bgWCON, I provided all the listed data, but it is not possible to state in the form that the transfer was made on the optimistic L2 protocol. The request was rejected on October 27.

I re-reported the problem October 28 claim number 9ecT1TU8iESwbzMI and again the claim was rejected, the last application number uCzrla7IDCiR60MHse filed on November 2 and again the claim was rejected.

What nonsense and unresponsiveness of the help center by the Binance minority ?! I was always told that it was not a real ID (TxID), but where should I enter it if there is no possibility for free entry in the error reporting form. Maybe someone from the help could look at https://optimistic.etherscan.io/ and the problem would be solved that way !?

Regarding this problem, no one from Binance support contacted me by mail that the problem could be solved how can this happen on the world's leading cryptocurrency exchange?
