2 months ago I deposited AVAX on my Binance account. I correctly deposited 10 AVAX on C-Chain on the correct deposit address. When I check the deposit address on the blockchain, it clearly has 10 AVAX in it, no doubt, the blockchain never lies.
But.. My deposit didn't get credited on Binance, so I made an application form so they could credit it manually to me. However, they rejected my application form. The reason:
I deposited using a smart contract, instead of a normal transfer between two public adresses.
Does anyone else feel like this is complete dogshit? They don't wanna credit the $1000+ deposit I made (Correct deposit address, correct coin, correct network) because the deposit went through a smart contract.
I've contacted Binance support multiple times, I've sent multiple application forms that get rejected, .. I don't know what else I can do at this point.
Im pretty mad..
