Say you want to store something permanently on the cloud so it doesn't get lost. Any cloud provider would milk you month by month.
You can pay a one time fee on Arweave and will be permanently stored. And it's immutable. And it's not expensive at all.
Not many projects provide such a useful utility.
99% of AR coins are in circulation already.
It's used by Solana dapps and nfts a lot.
