Hey, trying to make a purchase and it requires BTC. Not my first time doing this. Bought what I needed and I'm trying to withdrawl my btc (around 250 USD) to either send to another btc wallet where I don't have issues or pay directly through and everything I get to the verification page and put the number the text me and the number from 2fa authy (I know this info) I get a half load circle and it doesn't even move forward. Just stays on the same page. Doesn't say error or issue just doesn't do anything. Is it down???
