Could Bitcoin solve the impending social security insolvency problem?

The social security trust fund is invested in bonds. Most experts agree the trust fund will run out in 10 years. I wonder if the federal government bought Bitcoin instead of bonds then this would make the trust fund solvent. It seems like the only solution at this point. This would also be the government capitulating that they can’t manage a currency. I’m considering writing to my congressman for this proposal. People rely on social security in retirement and this seems like a solution. If the federal government buys Bitcoin then the price is going up 25x.
