I'm trying to understand the current dislike for Cardano. Basically what's the consensus on Cardano (ADA)? Is it useful? Does it have a future? Why the hate?
A few years ago it seemed everyone was liking Cardano, but now it gets treated as a joke. Isn't the founder, Hoskinson, a legit crypto tech guy? He was a co-founder of Ethereum and then founded Cardano. He's young and seems to be sincerely invested in developing crypto.
Didn't Cardano have functional Dapps and other utility? It has been used for government ids in some countries. Ethiopia used it to develop a school record system. It's got real world use.
Are people just upset because it was hyped, pumped in the bull run, then crashed in the bear and is sitting around 30 cents?
To me nothing has changed with it, and I think they're still developing on it. Unless I'm missing something, it should be a useful crypto in the future and survive the bear market.
Am I blind or something?
