Coinbase stole my money

Hi guys, usually I don’t have any problems so I’m panicking a bit, Im fully verified on Coinbase a £10,000 a day buying limit Usually I just buy my crypto like that on the Coinbase app I’ll send money over my banking app it was just taking my money and I’d get an instant refund so it gave me another option I phoned the bank and I then send money to the usual reference but this time the money has left the bank and not landed in my account so I’m not sure how I I go about getting this money back no one to speak to it’s crazy has anyone had a similar experience?
