Just had my direct deposit set up. First successful deposit to CB account - I will say no fees are nice. Then moved BTC into cold wallet which was successful.
Now 3 days later I see my CB account is restricted from buying AND deposits.
Talked with customer service and the agent had to escalate my case higher for ‘security purposes’. I’m glad I noticed incase I need to remove my direct deposit so I don’t risk losing my money.
Now I’m just waiting for them to email me. Has anybody else ever experienced anything like this with CB?
