Bitcoin ETF outflow question

Please excuse my ignorance but this question is to learn. How exactly does an outflow happen? I own IBIT and if I want to sell, I sell it to someone else who’s buying. In this event, doesn’t the bitcoin that blackrock holds remain constant? and we...
