Can't Log into Binance and other apps

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but any help is appreciated.

I have not logged into Binance and my other crypto apps (Newton and Kraken), for more than a month and just recently tried to log back in. Binance prompts me to confirm a new device login and confirm via email, phone, and 2fa. This may just be a problem with my Gmail alone, but I cant seem to receive the confirmation in my email (yes, I checked i spam). Same goes for Kraken. In the other hand, Newton tells me that my credentials are wrong, so I tried reseting the password and the site/app just goes blank when I click send code.

I also think that my accounts have just been locked due to them being inactive which is probably the case
