Can't access BTC after using Sparrow Whirlpool

I'm hopeful that someone can assist me and my fears are incorrect. I used a Cold Card a few years back to create an air gapped Sparrow wallet, moved some coins in and set up Whirlpool. After 10 mixes I had it set to send everything automatically to cold storage. The last mix was March of 2022. I've watched the wallet for the past few years using watch only wallets connected to my node. Everything looked fine.

A few hours ago I attempted to send some sats and ran into an issue. I set up the transaction on Sparrow, saved the PSBT to the micro SD card, but when I tried to have my Cold Card sign it, I gave me an error of My XFT not involved. I did some research and folks said this could mean you have the wrong wallet selected. Unfortunately I only created one wallet with this Coldcard, so that's not the issue. I can still see the full balance on my Sparrow desktop app and see that there's been no activity since March 2022. But I can't figure out what changes to make so I can sign a transaction for this wallet.

My Cold Card definitely created the wallet, sent the JSON file to Sparrow and created the addresses that whirlpool sent my coins to. Can anyone help me access it?

To make matters worse, and this is what really concerns me, I used the nuclear option and tried to recover from my seed, which I have written down twice and it restores a wallet that has zero balance and no transaction history. I tried it with 2 different hardware devices and same result. Did Sparrow/Whirlpool send my coins to bad addresses that weren't from my wallet? II can't for the life of me figure out how that could happen and this was years ago, someone else would've surely noticed by now. Is this even possible? I just can't figure out how the seed wouldn't recreate the wallet and end this misery for me.

And just to rehash, I can still access the original air gapped Sparrow account that was created by my Coldcard and it still shows the full balance, all the transactions, etc. I just can't sign a transaction from it.

Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.
