I sent some ETH from a 3rd-party wallet app to my PayPal ETH wallet. Only issue is I sent it over the Base Mainnet. PayPal says they have no record of the transaction. However, when I check the transaction hash on the Base network, it shows as completed. When I check the PayPal wallet address on the Base network, the funds are sitting in the wallet. I messed up by sending over base. Is there any way I can recover my funds? Thanks in advance.
