The other day attempted to deposit ETH over the ARB chain to my Bitrue wallet. I copied the deposit address from the Bitrue app and then used it to send the ETH_ARB from Trustwallet.
I made a few deposits at this time from the same wallet and others which were all successful but the ETH_ARB never showed up in my Bitrue account.

This is the Bitrue wallet where my ARB chain deposits go through on their way to my Bitrue account. I'm interested in the deposit of 0.26 ETH which is still sitting in there and hasn't been forwarded. Bitrue say they don't support the chain which isn't true because I made another ETH_ARB deposit from another wallet which you can see in the transactions.
I've emailed them and they replied saying I sent it over the wrong chain which is untrue as shown above. Any ideas what's going on and why Bitrue seemingly aren't interested in helping?
