Bull market is more stressing to me than bear market

Past few weeks have been very stressful. I suck so bad at investing and rotating money. I was 50% invested in KAS in November, made 2 - 3x atATH peak and still holding it and it has not done anything while many AI and Memes have given up 5 - 10x easy gains.

Previous NFTs bubble made me way too conservative investor. Yes AI is the future but I still think majority of them are vaporwares or are reselling services and because of this thought I did not rotate money in AI heavily as I should of have done.

SOL have been the best runner up coin in top caps, and AVAX has been doing quite good lately following the SOL hype, but guess what I did not rotate into AVAX either.

My 2 big bags are KAS, INJ and AKT currently and after the recent Bitcoin dump to $65k, KAS and INJ still are red in the market while all other coins are in green and some of them up 20%, SOL entered top 4, and avax broke $60

I'm just way exhausted and feel like shit. Money is not moving into coins I have invested in, but every other coin.

Today is the Nvidia's conference, don't even know whether it will be sell the event for AI coins or buy the news but I wanna get into AI

I have not even mentioned how other small investedments have played out for me which have made me even more fearful investor, basically whatever the f I invest in goes sideways or down
