Bitcoin used as currency when its value is too high

Let's say bitcoin hits $1 million per coin tomorrow. That would mean each satoshi is worth exactly 1 cent.

But the problem now is, what if you want to send something which is worth less than 1 cent?

You cannot buy much for a penny in countries like the US, or EU countries. However, there are other countries where the value of a penny is much more than in the US. How would you be able to send your bitcoins when 1 satoshi is worth so much. Let alone when the price rises to over $1 million. At $10 million, you can actually buy stuff in America with 1 satoshi (now worth 10 cents). Some people (admittedly maybe not the sharpest tool in the shed) have talked about the possibility of $1 billion per coin which would be $1 per satoshi. At this point, doesn't bitcoin become meaningless as a currency?

There has to be a limit of where bitcoin's price/value can be. Where would that be?
