Bitcoin accumulating strategy

Hello, I know that the DCA strategy is the safest to enter the market, but I was wondering what you would advise me about my strategy.

I have some accumulated amount in the bank and I am wondering if I should buy assets that give dividends and invest the dividends themselves in BTC.
I am considering purchasing a property which I estimate will guarantee me a monthly rent of $500 after tax, I will not share the location, type of property and the amount I am considering putting into it for security reasons.

In this way, I protect myself from unforeseen situations that may crash the price of btc
regulations / potential recession / other contingencies. Even if we go into a recession, my property will continue to accumulate rental money that I will be able to use for DCA, or even sell the property to buy BTC if the conditions are right .

What would you advise me?
