So, after the reddit rugpull i liquidated my moons. Ive done that succesfully and now own a bunch of eth on arbitrum nova. I want to get this to mainnet. Via the bridge (https://bridge.arbitrum.io/) this is possible. I have to wait 8 days, which sucks, but ok, and pay gas fee. All fine. But what i dont understand is the message before i confirm:

1) Security guaranteed by Ethereum- I understand that it will take ~8 days before I can claim my funds on Ethereum Mainnet
2) I understand that after claiming my funds, I’ll have to send another transaction on L1 and pay another L1 fee
I dont get number 2. IS this a manual action from my side in 8 days? Is this automated and will just cost me an unknown amount of money or is this included in the fees listed ($1,77) in the overview before transferring? Anyone with some experience?
