Binance, why mixing issues and still not answer the questions?

Id wish to know if its normal for Binance to reply to us with issues by no means asked by us.

For example, verify the printscreen bellow... Binance is telling me they can't provide details about one other users challenge, however I never requested for such info. What I asked 1st was "what is SPAM" (that submit was deleted quick by Binance with no cause given) and 2nd I requested why my 1st question/submit had been deleted.

So, why did Binance combine things up and still hasnt answered the rationale for deleting my 1st query/submit?
