Binance Visa Card Transaction Failed but Charged

I attempted to make a purchase with my Binance Visa virtual card today at a well known site. My card is in EUR and the purchase would be made in GBP. Let's say the amount I was supposed to pay in GBP is 85, roughly 100 EUR.

I entered the card details and proceeded with the payment, which failed immediately and the merchant suggested to use another card. I checked back on Binance and I had received a refund of 85 EUR (not 100) as if the original amount was in EUR and not GBP.

Then I tried again, the payment failed again but I got now refund (not even 85 EUR) and it has been a few hours. I contacted Binance support and they advised me to talk with the merchant, but the merchant says there is no record of the transaction on their side and I should talk with the card issuer (Binance), which again points me to the merchant.

Has anyone had any similar experience and how did you manage to resolve the issue?
