My cousin stays in the USA. I was wondering, If one lives in the usa and uses a VPN to access binance, but withdrawing is temporarily suspended for risk management, can they reasonably go through the process needed and go back to normal (using vpn to access from USA)? Will they ever be able to withdrawl the funds or transfer them to another account/wallet?
EDIT: SHe just moved from Canada. She now wants to p2p it to a friends account and have her friend send her her funds on another platform.
EDIT: I think she had an account previously, like 6 months ago, with a different email address that was blocked due to her mobile service being in the usa. She started this account and transferred her funds to it.
