Binance is sketchy

Went on log into app and randomly not recognizing my password. I reset password. Great. Use the app all good. Try to login an hour later. Wrong password again? Try to reset AGAIN? No emails coming through to my email? Try again in two hours? Not working. Try again next day still not able to login with the password I just created and cannot reset again apparently as I no longer receive emails from binance suddenly. Account is seemingly gone.... Try to use the chat. Get zero help what so ever from a chat bot. Why would it be this bloody hard just to USE the exchange. Let alone have any singly issue going forward. I'm so so so thankfull I don't have any funds locked up in that account waiting days to try and sort it out. Solution is simple. Never touching binance again. Far to unreliable and less than zero support.
