Binance gives me a dummy.com mail when doing the new KYC

Helping a relative atm and by some means when that individual accomplished the brand new KYC eveerysingle info she inputed was good apart from the mail being smoething like dummy.com

Is it a daily instance of binance simply hiding the account and putting an example as an alternative or is it a clear breach on the account that needs to be dealt with?

couldn't entry direct help for stated drawback
