Binance forbids me to withdraw my coins for “risk control” reasons!

Was trying to move all the coins I have (＄3+) on Binnance to another platform but the transaction failed, then I was forbidden to do any withdrawal of coins by Binnance. Client service told me to upload one video verifying it was me initiating this transaction and another showing the last withdrawal I made from Binance to another platform ( which i couldn’t provide bc didn’t withdraw anything for the past 3 yrs, but I made a video showing the transfer of coins from another platform to Binance in 2018). They kept saying info in the the videos was unrecognizable. I made new videos and sent them again and again like ten times, still didn’t work. When I asked what the risk concerns were that triggered this ban, client service couldn’t provide any answer.

Anyone knows how to get this solved? Spent hours on this and really want to give this over with. Binance is starting to leave me the impression of a scam ????????????????
