Binance facial verification doesn't work.

Hello, I am an Indian guy who has gone through the first stage of verification (Basic Verification)

and now I am trying to complete advanced verification because I cannot buy crypto without those. but unfortunately, every time I try to use my phone or my PC it does not recognize my face.

and even when it does, after I complete the given tasks (like nod your head") at the end it shows that my verification has failed.

is there any way to go through this? or is the verification system broken? also, for context my skin color is brown and I don't know if the verification system can recognize that.
