Binance app prices alerts when smartphone on stand by

Hello, i hope someone can help me with this annoying issue ! I have a galaxy note 10 If the screen of my phone is on, i always get prices alerts. But when it's off and locked i never get alerts but as soon as i unlock it, alerts sound kick in but off course it's too late...

I tried every settings possible, i found something about set the app to "never go to sleep mode" but nothing change.

Everytime, a dip or pump i could use occur, it's too late because the app don't inform me in stand by.
