because SEPA is not allowed anymore on Binance

So here's the story.. because SEPA is not allowed anymore on Binance (and I even don't have one email to notify me about this)..

It's been more than a month since I have tried first to use the P2P platform the get my funds out of your system, that didn't work as the private trader did not fulfilled the transaction.

Then I tried to move the coins to another platform and due to my mistake it was sent via the wrong network type, the counterpart platform sent it back to the original wallet (eg. binance hot wallet, minus a processing fee for recovering the coins).

Now you are saying that I need to provide you with a video following some strict requirements:

"Please record again a new video with all the needed information shows CLEARLY in the same video: 1 - Your original ID document 2 - Login process to the source platform (not Binance account) 3 - Transaction amount 4 - TxID Thanks"

Although, I have provided you with video proof, under your impossible conditions (30Mb limitation, show source, show destination, show conversations, etc all to be at a good video quality and under 30Mb), yet you come with different excuses and requirements!

How long are you going to keep my refunded ETH transfer ?

It feel like yes, you have started to obstruct your customers from their money and possible use them in your own business and advantage.
