Automatic depostits via SEPA?

Good day, im making an attempt to create automated/scheduled money transfers from my Revolut account to Binance eqch month, ive set this up with no problems within the Revolut app, now i don't know if i also need to do something in Binance ? Do i have to manually click deposit and enter the ammount every time i transfer the funds from my Bank to Binance or is just sending cash with the reference enough?
