Right now, I have around 6.7k moons and hoping to bump to around 8k after the next two distributions. From what I’ve seen, this is a decent amount Now I don’t want to jump the gun too early as I actually believe in the utility of moons and reddit.
However, I told myself that if I ever check my wallet and see 4K (USD) in moons that would be my exit point. Now, again, I think long term moons can possibly go much higher but that’s just the amount I am comfortable and willing to exit with.
I’ve been burnt before (lost around 8k through Voyager) and with the stupid SEC and now the stupid DOJ, I may never see a single dollar recouped.
I am comfortable with 4K merely because I am 28 and only have 10k left to pay off my house. Instead of crying the blues (I was definitely pissed off) I took extra hours at work and did some serious work around my new house and now it looks great. 4K is just a little bit of wiggle room while I quickly work to pay off my mortgage (only about 1 year in).
So, if moons gets to around 50 cents and I have close to 8k it was nice knowing you all. I’ll be taking my profits and getting this damn house paid off! Best of luck to you as well, don’t forget to take profits.
