Asset manager & pro traders on weekends?

Guys, I've seen many questions and forecasts speaking about what will do wall street when it opens on Monday. The doubt that I hold is the following:

Are asset managers and pro traders, who work in the department of crypto of Big corporation who offer ETF, working on Weekends since crypto trades in weekends too and it is not like regular stocks?

Any redittor who can explain that issue?

I don't know if that makes much sense or not, but wanted to post it in order to shed some light on the doubts
