I'm not sure if it's just me or there's something wrong with binance. When I'm trying to deposit EUR through my debit card I'm getting Deposit Failed most of the times. Sometimes it does go through, but very rarely. There's no limits on my card and I believe if my bank locked it they'd have contacted me about it. Other transactions work ok as well and I'm always getting "Success" when confirming the payment with my bank.
