Anyone having used binancesfund.com? Is it legit?

So i have this cousin(very close) who has (2 months ago) invested 1500$ and is reaping massive profits from it. Has withdrawn his principal amount and is currently using his profits to earn more.

I dont doubt what he has said, i want to see whether this is a scam (some scams allow initial users to withdraw and earn quite a bit of profit to lure in other big investors) and will shut down later on?

What do you guys think? (For me personally this is a classic case of "too good to be true")
