Anyone else having this problem?

I got on binance for the first time a few weeks ago. My first few purchases went smoothly but now all of the sudden I can’t deposit money into my account or purchase directly from my bank account. The only thing that works is depositing money with my debit card but the fee is so high I’d lose a lot if I kept doing that. Whenever I try to use my bank account I get the same error email instructing me to submit a ticket with a bank statement and selfie video which I have done a few times now and received no response. Anyone know how I can fix this/get in contact with binance.us other than through a ticket?? I just want to buy the doge dip without paying insane fees :’(
