Anyone else get hacked this weekend?

As the title says... Actually, it was a rather fascinating experience. They hacked my phone service to disconnect my number, hacked my email, binance, and coinbase. I've been wondering about exactly how they got in. I don't use the same password for everything. I have 2FA verification on all my crypto, etc. So even if they had the password, they would need the extra key. I thought maybe they got in through the email which didn't have 2FA but again that's not the same password as the other accounts. So maybe a keylogger? Because a brute force attempt would have locked the accounts, right? I even checked to see if they had setup message forwarding on the phone but couldn't find anything. Maybe they had initially then disabled it. I don't know. It's funny though, shortly before I got hacked, I had the urge to redo all of my passwords but held off.
