54 NFTs worth over $50,000 and 3.4 ETH were stolen today due to a compromised seed phrase. The holder used MetaMask, no hardware wallet. Unclear where the seed phrase was stored.

Edit: there have been a lot of comments from the purists that think people store their ledger seeds in the safe of on steel plates. I know this is the right way to it. However, the reality is that most people take photos of their seeds and store them online or type them online and store in cloud drives, unfortunately.
