This also shows how the SEC is not all out of just straight out saying no to everything this year, most likely because they already got the taste of losing many lawsuits and the pressure from Congress itself that Gary is doing a simply shitty job to regulate Crypto legally correctly.

This ETH Futures ETF could also just be the beginning of a new fallout:

We had already seen in 2021 how one Bitcoin Future ETF being approved automatically made all the others approved too. Same could happen this time and there actually is an onrush of 8 more pending ETH Future ETFs awaiting approval and in the best case they could already get it today and launch trading almost immediately.

Those ETFs include partners such as BitWise, Valkyrie and ProShares. And of course all of this is also bullish for the Bitcoin Spot ETF as now there are even fewer arguments to not approve a BTC Spot ETF and just using the same arguments over and over again could cause some serious legal troubles for the SEC this year.

The clock is ticking and the SEC does not have much time left before the Congress will be on them due to public and institutional pressure of finally approving a Bitcoin Spot ETF. Which could still happen in this year and the current decisions around the ETH ETF are just increasing the chances further.
