I know that rule 1 is keep it civil, but that is a difficult ask with the lack of customer service you have.
My phone number changed and I forgot to change over my phone number on Binance US before the change officially went through. It has now been nearly 6 months and I still have no access to my account.
Please for the love of God if somebody from customer service is reading this, I've already sent in all of the documents you've requested. Please just change the account to the new phone number now so I can get into my account.
