Binance.com - Case ID: #72328871
My withdrawals have been locked "due to risk control". My security practice has not changed, I have been using Binance for over 3 years and never had any issues.
I have been trying to reach support but this has not been effective over the last days.
As it was requested by an automated response I provided all of the following information:
Account registration date, Account registration IP, ID (front & back), Selfie with ID, and a Video (where I confirm that the withdrawal is indeed my own operation).
This is not a joke, I need my funds urgently and it is UNACCEPTABLE, that support does not get back to me, even though I comply with providing every piece of information.
Please upvote this post, so it becomes more visible.
I will make sure to keep this updated, and I will soon consider legal action, as I have the means and reasons to do so.
